Certainly he has committed sexually offensive acts. And he is not, even according to his own testimony, a first time offender. So he should get this treatment, plus be required to register for his entire life as a sex offender, as "Master Jindal", arbiter of life, nows wants it. . .. Hopefully the ACLU will have the guts to challenge even laws that the criminally worthless mainstream media promote to distract us from their "disaster capitalism" NeoCon agenda.
