I think it’s a stretch to say Scalise could even understand the word “philosophically”, or that he’s running on “philosophy”. Even on his website Scalise doesn’t make that reach. What Scalise is running on is the movement conservative “talking points” - family values, no taxes, strong military, blah, blah, blah”, and a barrel full of fat cat money. If folks in LA01 buy into that crapola again, they’ll get what they deserve - that is no meaningful voice in Washington.
