"I have been purely amazed at how many smart, educated people have become purely intoxicated by Jindal."

That is one of the things that really baffles me. I mean, I have spoken to people who question everything else around them but when it comes to Jindal they give him a pass. I have seen the media go after other public figures to dig up every little iota of data that exists about them so that the public figure cannot even think of trying to get one past them, but when it comes to Jindal they give him a free pass too! It is amazing.

On the issue of songs, i think we should make a DHJS compilation of songs. Included should be the song for if he does leave "How do I live" by LeAnn Rimes.

Or "Head Like a Hole" by Nine Inch Nails?

Capital "g" gift? I have been purely amazed at how many smart, educated people have become purely intoxicated by Jindal. And the pagers on their sans a belts crowd would goose step right over the cliff with him. After reading Between the Lines before Jindal's inauguration, I wondered if I should be looking for a star in the eastern sky.

Jindal is showing himself to be a lightweight, and a duplicitous one at that. He has his spoon in the pot and is stirring it. When he pulls his spoon out, the pot will look about like it did before.

If he can't make peace with conservatives and good government groups (like PAR, which recently slammed him), he will soon become the Buddy Roemer of the New Millenium.

I'm going to predict that McCain will not choose Jindal for veep if Obama is the Dem's choice. McCain's mantra will be "Obama's not ready." He doesn't need a youngster as his backup if he's going to tow that line.
