During the campaign for Governor, Jindal (while trying to distance himself from Blanco) stated that the surplus should be used as tax breaks.
It was reported on 990 AM this morning that Jindal is now against using the surplus for tax breaks.
Just another example of Jindal saying one thing and doing another.
