A big WOW for Joseph Cao!
Louisiana 2nd Congressional District Representative Joseph Cao and four other Republicans wrote a letter to the President of Uganda to condemn the upcoming legislation to kill gay men and urge him to veto the legislation.
I have yet to see David Vitter, Mary Landrieu, Steve Scalice or Charlie Melancon take a stand on this issue. So Kudos to Joseph Cao for being the first Louisiana elected official (that I know of) to take a stand on this issue.
